ADVANTAGES OF EXERCISE

1. Prevents or helps cure major sicknesses, like Increased BP, Obesity, Heart diseases, Diabetes Mellitus, Insomnia, Cancer, Depression etc.

2. Three 10 minutes walks or 30 minutes walk at a time burns many calories and exercises the heart.

3. During vigorous exercise, opioid peptides (aka Endorphins with other Neurotrienes are responsible for exercise induced euphoria) level is increased and neuromuscular (Muscle) diseases are prevented.

DISADVANTAGES OF EXERCISE

1. Over-exercise may be very dangerous, as it may lead to Lethargy, rhabdomyolysis (damage of muscle)

2. Over exercise do more harm than good.

3. Exercise without rest can increase the chance of stroke or other circulatory diseases and causes slow development of muscle. As a result, it is better to exercise every other day or three times a week.


POINTS TO NOTE
There are different levels of exercise tolerance. A body (joints and muscles) may have tolerance of multiple marathons, while 20 minutes of light jogging may damage another's body.
